Prior to commencing work as a solicitor at Blanchfield Nicholls in July 2019, Jessica worked as a tipstaff to a judge of the District Court of New South Wales and the Dust Diseases Tribunal of New South Wales. This experience provided Jessica with an appreciation of court processes and procedures as well as exposure to common law, criminal law and dust diseases matters.
Jessica predominantly provides support to John Baxter, Special Counsel, and clients of Blanchfield Nicholls, in the area of wills and estates. She specialises in probate, estate administration and estate litigation. Jessica also assists senior lawyers at Blanchfield Nicholls in respect of family law matters.
Jessica is passionate about wills and estates and regularly attended mediation and the Supreme Court during law school with her lecturer, who is also a wills and estates barrister.
Jessica holds a Diploma in Law from the Legal Profession Admission Board and a Bachelor of Socio-Legal Studies from the University of Sydney.
Jessica was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in July 2019.
