Chloe has worked predominantly in family law since 2018 and holds a Bachelor of Laws with a Bachelor of Social Science (Criminology). Chloe was awarded First Class Honours and the Deans Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement for her research into the Court’s approach to family violence. Chloe was admitted as a solicitor in early 2020.
Prior to working at Blanchfield Nicholls, Chloe worked as an Associate to an Evatt List Judge of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, a specialised list designed to respond to the unique challenges of high-risk issues in family law matters including family violence, mental health issues and drug and alcohol misuse.
During her time as a solicitor, Chloe has practiced in both Sydney CBD and Western Sydney law firms for a broad range of clients giving her a unique perspective that allows her to tailor her approach to the specific needs and circumstances of each individual case. Chloe is committed to resolving matters without the need for litigation and has successfully represented clients at private and Registrar led mediations. She is a confident advocate and has experience appearing in both divisions of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia for both parenting and property matters. Chloe has also appeared in the Local Court for criminal matters and the Supreme Court.
