Caitlin has worked exclusively in the area of family law since 2011 and holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Laws. Her extensive experience includes guiding and advising families in a range of matters including divorce, parenting arrangements, de-facto relationships and financial matters. She has a particular interest in preparing and advising on complex and technical documents such as Financial Agreements and Child Support Agreements.
Caitlin is a skilled negotiator and brings a pragmatic, common-sense approach to promoting her client’s interests and resolving disputes. She has completed the National Accredited Mediator Training Program and so understands what is necessary from both sides of the process to achieve successful negotiated outcomes. When litigation is required, Caitlin is a confident advocate, having regularly appeared in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
Caitlin aims to meet her clients where they are to ensure that they are well supported, well informed and confident in navigating their way through the family law system.
