Zippy is an Accredited Specialist (Family Law) who has worked in the Family Law field since 2004. She has practiced as a solicitor exclusively in Family Law since 2007 with Family Law specialist firms in Sydney.

Zippy holds both a Master of Law & Legal Practice and a Bachelor of Science (Mathematics) from the University of Technology, Sydney.

Zippy has extensive experience in a wide range of family law matters, including property settlement and spouse maintenance matters (including complex matters involving overseas assets, multiple third parties) and complex parenting matters (including matters involving relocation issues – overseas and interstate, domestic violence, contraventions).

Zippy provides practical and informed advice to clients to ensure that the best outcome is achieved in each circumstance.  Zippy has assisted many couples, often resolving matters by negotiation in the first instance or at mediation prior to commencement of any Court proceedings, with litigation being the last resort. Nonetheless, if litigation eventuates, Zippy has extensive experience in litigation and the Court process.  Zippy has represented clients in Court matters throughout her years and is able to guide clients to the best possible outcome.

Zippy is one of a handful of Accredited Specialists in Family Law in Sydney who are able to communicate and advise in Chinese. Having been born in Hong Kong, she has lived in Australia from a young age. Zippy has retained her native language skills and is able to communicate effectively with clients in Chinese, both Cantonese and Mandarin. She is also able to read in Chinese and can communicate advice to clients in Chinese.
